Every plan includes a responsive mobile layout, a contact form, basic SEO setup, custom domain linking, and fast global CDN hosting. The e-Commerce and Class Registration plans add the store or enrollment features listed for each plan.

Yes. Custom domain linking is included with every plan, so your site can live at your own address (for example, yourbusiness.com).

Yes. The e-Commerce Platform and Class Registration System both include secure online payments through Stripe, with automated order notifications on the store plan.

A PNG, SVG, or high-resolution JPG works best. Please include your order reference (it starts with SC- and is in your confirmation email) so we can match it to your purchase.

If we don't receive a logo and can't reach you, your payment will be refunded.

No. You can check out as a guest, and your confirmation is sent to the email you enter at checkout. If you're logged in, it goes to your account email instead.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, your order is still confirmed: just email your logo to support@skylinecloud.ai with the order reference shown on your confirmation page.
